major tournaments each year

2012
dates are tentatively scheduled once again for the second weekend in
December,
which will be
December 7-9, 2012.
There were some important changes in 2011 from prior years:
(1) Multiple weigh-in stations,
(2) Limited times for fishing, and
(3) Multiple Calcuttas, at different dollar levels.
Over the coming months we will be evaluating those changes,
trying to figure out what worked and what didn't,
in order to make the 2012 tournament bigger and better.

Here are the basics of the schedule:
Captains
meeting
Friday evening, December 7, at the tournament HQ.
Fishing
Saturday and Sunday, with weigh-ins
each day.
(Perhaps fishing Friday night, as well, if we go back to night fishing.)
Oyster
Roast after Saturday
afternoon weigh-in.
Barbecue cookout and awards after
Sunday afternoon weigh-in.
