Entry fee is
$200.00 and a TOY or $225.00 without a
toy, per boat, with a maximum of 4 anglers per
boat. Each additional angler: $25.00 each.
Entry prior to November 30 th, 2010
is $150 and a toy or $175 without a toy. All
entry fees are to be paid no later than the
Captains’ meeting Friday, December 10 th,
2010 by 9pm.

Captains’ meeting: Friday, December 10th,
2010 @ 6:30PM
at Oceans East 2. The Captain or a
crewmember must be present for the
entire meeting. Any weather-related decisions
will be made at the meeting. “Lines in” on
Friday December 10 th, 2010 at 8pm.
All fish
must be caught on rod & reel and in a
sportsmanlike manner. Live bait and wire
lining is allowed. All fish entries must be
caught during the tournament and must be
FRESH (no frozen or mutilated fish). Any
angler or team submitting fish for weigh-in are
subject to a POLYGRAPH test before payouts.
All Virginia
fisheries laws must be obeyed. Fishing is allowed
anywhere it is legal to possess rockfish
including the coastal waters of North Carolina.
All fishing must be from a Virginia port.
Day 1 weigh-in:
Saturday, December 11th, 2010,
6:30-7:30AM & 3:30–5:00 PM
** Day 1 Calcutta
& Mystery fish will be announced following the
evening weigh-in.
**Oyster Roast will be held during the evening
weigh in**
Day 2 weigh-in: Sunday, December 12th
, 2010, 6:30-7:30AM & 2:00-3:30 PM. Followed by
a cook out & award ceremony. FINAL WEIGH IN LINE
CLOSES AT 3:30 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!

TIE BREAKERS will be: 1st time of
weigh-in, 2nd–

– girth, and 4th – winnings divided
and 2 winners declared.
ALL results
from Day 2
and other tournament awards will be announced at
the Awards Ceremony that begins around 5:00PM.
ANY & ALL protests must be submitted in
writing to a committee member no later than
4:00PM Sunday, December 12th, 2010.
Winning Captains & Crewmembers must be present
at the Award Ceremony to receive cash prizes.
The Rockfish Club Challenge Trophy will be
awarded at this time.
CALCUTTAS *managed by the committee"
Entries will be $50. 00 per boat per day
for the LARGEST ROCKFISH weighed
each day.
“Overall 2-DAY BOAT” Calcutta
entry will be $100.00 per boat.
This will be for the heaviest two rockfish
weighed by each boat entered. ALL CALCUTTAS
WILL BE A 100% PAY-OUT
Tournament entry is required to participate in
any Calcutta!
Youth Division: 15-years old or younger catching
and weighing in the largest rockfish must be
entered on Entry form at Capts meeting to
qualify.
Women’s Division: Women must be on entry form
under women’s division to qualify.
There will be
only ONE cash prize per boat excluding
Calcutta’s. * A boat may win more than one
Calcutta and also win the top tournament prize.
CAPTAINS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR
BOATS AND CREWMEMBERS FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT. NO
ORGANIZER OR SPONSOR CAN BE HELD LIABLE FOR
PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE DURING THIS
EVENT.
